Cancellation Policy

When you schedule an office visit or surgical procedure you are reserving time in our office for the physician, staff and office space. Appointments that are not cancelled and not kept result in uncovered overhead expenses for the practice. In order to help cover these expenses, it has become necessary for us to implement a fee which is charged to patients who fail to keep an appointment and do not notify us a minimum of 48-72 hours in advance. If you know that you will be unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. If you do not notify us the following charges will apply:

Office visits that are not kept and not cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will result in a $75 no-show fee. This fee is not covered by insurance.

Surgical appointments that are not kept and not cancelled at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will result in a $350 no-show fee. This fee is not covered by insurance.
